To set up fixed keys on your POS, go to the hardware profile in use, the Keyboard FastTab.
Set the Keyboard field to Mapper.
Click Related - Profile - Key Commands:
In the POS Key Commands page, you create the Fixed Keys by clicking the AssistEdit button in the Key Code field and then pressing the key.
Note: The Key Type must be Fixed Key.

You need to create a POS Menu called FIXED, and the Menu Type should be Fixed Keys.
When the user presses Ctrl+1, the Change Qty. command will be run, and if he or she presses Ctrl+5 the Manager key command will be run, and so on.
